The Loyalty Wave is our Discount Program. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for your loyalty to Brand New Wave Barber & Natural Hair Shop! There is detailed information listed below in regards to the discount opportunities for our customers. There are now several opportunities to earn a discount on your next service!

Loyalty Wave Discount (25%-50% Off)

The Loyalty Wave Discount is for our “Top Ten” customers from the previous 90 days. What makes you a “Top Ten” customer? Your business, of course!

The top five customers who have spent the most amount in services for the previous 90 days (i.e. Jan - April), will receive 50% off their entire ticket during a single visit in the following month (i.e. May). As we continue, the Loyalty Wave discount may not only offer discounted services, but also matching half of your service with a gift card, product, or tickets to one of our upcoming events!

The remaining “Top Ten” customers will receive 25% off their next ticket for the following month!

How was your most recent experience at BNW? Leave a review or complete one of our surveys and you will automatically receive 10% off your next service. BNW is on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and more! Just show us the confirmation of your completed review/survey and the discount is yours!

Refer the Wave Discount (10% Off)

Refer a client to us, it’s 10% off your next service! Just have your referral provide us your first and last name so the discount can be applied to your Client Profile for your next visit.

#BNWSELFIE Discount (10% Off)

Social Media is BIG to us! We love when you post selfies of your giant smile after leaving BNW. So how about a 10% discount when you post a selfie, mention @BrandNewWaveVA and hashtag #BNWSELFIE. Your selfie must be taken AT Brand New Wave on a LOGO WALL! You can post your selfie on any social media stream that BNW is a part of such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Soon we will begin selling BNW Merchandise and Apparel! That’s right - shirts, hats, and anything else that you can fit in and our logo can fit on! Here’s the best part, wear your BNW Apparel when you come in for service, and instantly receive 10% off.

- 2nd Wednesday of the Month

- Must purchase two services during single visit to be entered into drawing
