HAIRCUT SERVICES 

** FULL PAYMENT DUE UPON BOOKING FOR ALL HAIRCUTS **

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID EACH HAIRCUT SLOT IS 30 - 45MINS WITH AN EXTRA 5-10MINS FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTING. THIS MAKES IT WHERE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE MANY HEADS WITHIN AN HOUR WHICH CUTS BACK ON PROFITS. ALSO, EXTRA CLEANING WILL CAUSE FOR MORE CLEANING SUPPLIES WHICH WILL INCREASE OUR CLEANING BUDGET. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

  • ONCE PARKED CALL SHOP TO MAKE US AWARE OF YOUR ARRIVAL AND WAIT IN CAR UNTIL ARTIST LETS YOU KNOW THEY'RE READY FOR YOU (804.918.8908);

  • YOU MUST WEAR MASK UPON ARRIVING TO CAMPUS AND WHILE IN SHOP! THEY WILL NOT LET YOU ON CAMPUS WITHOUT MASK;
     

  • NO CASH!!! CREDIT CARD, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY ONLY. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: IT WILL BE WISE TO ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 10MINS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME  FOR PARKING PURPOSES. IF YOU ARE COMING WITH FAMILY WE ASK ONLY HAVE THE PERSON WHOM IS GETTING SERVICED IN SHOP. PLEASE HAVE OTHER PERSON WAIT IN CAR UNTIL ITS THEIR TURN TO BE SERVICED.

IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILD AND WE SUSPECT THAT YOU ARE SICK WE WILL NOT PERFORM SERVICE AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL COST FOR BOOKED SPACE!

CLEAN UP PROTOCOL 

CLEANING HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PRIORITY HOWEVER IT'S EVEN MORE OF A PRIORITY NOW!

WE'VE ALWAYS HAVE HAD A RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR CLIENTS TO MAKE SURE WE ARE CLEANING, SANITIZING, AND DISINFECTING PROPERLY IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR STAFF, CLIENTS, AND COMMUNITY SAFE! NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN THAT ASPECT EXCEPT NOW IT'S EVEN MORE THOROUGH AFTER EACH CLIENT. SO MUCH SO WE WILL NEED AN EXTRA 10 MINS AFTER EACH CLIENT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER FOR THE NEXT CLIENT! 

CLEANING PROCEDURE AFTER EVERY CLIENT 

  • CLEAN, SANITIZE, & DISINFECT STATION, TOOLS, COMBS, BRUSHES, GUARDS, & ETC.

  • DISINFECT CHAIR 

  • CHANGE AND/OR DISINFECT CAPE 

  • SWEEP

  • DISPOSE OF TRASH AND SOILED LINENS 

  • WASH HANDS 

  • CHANGE GLOVES
